i cannot have insufficient amount of sleep...
cause i realise i was toking to myself the whole time...
and getting high with myself...
saying something more lame than what i was before....
... whatever..
thereby, i conclude that "insufficient amount of sleep" is actually a depressant..
just like alcohol...
